Juri Sternburg was born just before the Wall came down, his childhood window facing it directly. He grew up between May Day riots and an intellectual household, spent years working on his own decline, and now makes films and series that entertain on the surface and linger afterward. The Molotov cocktail, the burning car, the U-Bahn sign at Kottbusser Tor, a portrait of a place he calls home, while already planning the next trip to the sea.

• Wash inside out and cold to protect colours, shape, and the planet.
• Small stains? Remove them by hand.
• For a freshness boost: place your shirt in the freezer, it neutralises odours naturally.
• Avoid the dryer, air drying is gentler.
• Ironing? Yes, but inside out.
