These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed in our online shop atelier-remaer.com.

(1) The product presentation in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
(2) By clicking “Buy now”, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected goods.
(3) Immediately after completing your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation. This does not constitute acceptance of the offer. The contract is concluded only when we send a separate order confirmation or dispatch the goods.
(4) The contract language is German. Optional: English.
(5) We store the contract data and send the order details by email.
(1) All prices include the applicable statutory VAT.
(2) Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.
(3) For shipments outside the EU, additional customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply. These must be paid by the customer.
(1) In-stock items are usually shipped within 10 business days after payment is received.
(2) Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping provider and destination country.
(3) If an item is unavailable, we will notify you by email.

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

custom-made or personalized products
specially produced art prints
The statutory warranty rights apply.
We accept unlimited liability for:
intent and gross negligence,
damage to life, body or health,
claims under product liability law.
In the case of slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations, and limited to foreseeable, typical damages.
All designs, artworks, images, graphics, texts, and product concepts are protected by intellectual property law.
Any reproduction, publication, modification, or commercial use requires express written permission.

We are not obliged or willing to participate in dispute resolution procedures before consumer arbitration boards.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
If any provision is invalid, the remainder continues to apply.
