At REMÆR, we place great value on sustainability and individuality.
Our products are made on demand, which means: we only start production once your order is placed. This way, we make sure that each piece truly finds an owner and we avoid overproduction and waste.

👉 Please only order the pieces you genuinely want to wear. Returns put a strain not only on us as a small label, but also on the environment.

Your legal right of withdrawal

Regardless of our sustainability approach, your legal 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases of course applies.

You can cancel your order within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

Exempt from this are individually produced items that have been personalised according to your specifications (e.g. custom pieces with your own text or motif).

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs incurred because you chose a different type of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), within 14 days.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
